Yesterday i found out a guy i went to high school with passed away while overseas. I do not know exactly how he died, and i hardly knew him. But it got me thinking, I know quite a few people in the military. Several of which are overseas. That could have been any one of them. So i want to take this time to remember Clay. I have no inspiring memories of him. I dont even think i ever had the pleasure of speaking to him. But he served our country. He did something I have never been brave enough to do. and i honestly believe if we cant get behind out soldiers, we should get in front of them. So when your sitting there reading this, take a minute to pray, or meditate, or whatever it is you believe in, for those men and woman over there fighting for your right to do so.
RIP Clay. Thank you for serving this country, and defending our freedom.
Also, I want to give a shout out to my amazing friend Terrell. Terrell is stationed in Africa and keeps a blog with a few friends. If you have a moment, Please check it out:
